In much the same way, what goes on inside of us is like the roots of a tree. Traditions are our roots and a profile of who we are as individuals and who we are as a family. They are our roots, which give us stability and a sense of belonging - they ground us. Change your opinions, keep to your principles; change your leaves, keep intact your roots. Be like a tree stay grounded. Connect with your roots. Turn over a new l
